Don’t laugh, it’s true! Data CAN be amazing! Just spend a few minutes with renowned researcher Hans Rosling, and he’ll have you convinced that data can be much more than a numbers and tables and spreadsheets.

Rosling and internet inventor Tim Berners-Lee often join forces calling for "raw data now," insisting that if governments, scientists and institutions make their data openly available on the web, “people can do wonderful things, in ways that they never could have imagined.“

If it means making more cool, compelling videos like this one, I’m all for it.
